I've recently moved into a flat with my boyfriend so everytime I go shopping, I am always drawn into buying something new for my new home, be it a cushion, canvas, rug, etc - I just love putting my stamp on my home! My top favourite shops to buy home goodies from are: TKMAXX home and NEXT home. These shops are my absolute favourite because I never have trouble finding a bargain in TKMAXX and NEXT is where i go for my finishing touches! I recently brought a gorgeous cushion from NEXT that was £12.00 (so quite expensive for a cushion) but it had a lovely quote from William Shakespeare on it, saying: When I saw you I fell in love and you smiled because you knew - Below is a picture of my cushion!

I also brought a lovely canvas for my kitchen that seems to be very fashionable at the moment. It's got an Italian feel to it as it's a list of several different coffees, written in English and Italian. I brought this from TKMAXX and it had been reduced from £30.00 down to £3.00! Can you beleive it? It was the best bargain i have ever picked up and I walked out a very happy girl to say the least haha ...

The same day I brought a black and white picture of a gerbri flower in a lovely thick wooden frame, again this was an AMAZING bargain and cost me £3.00 instead of £20.00! I think its definately worth waiting for a bargain instead of buying these things at an expense. As much as I love making my home nice and putting my personal touch into it, I still feel that if you can get the things you love for a cheap price, its definately worth the wait! So if you have your own home then take a look in TKMAXX to grab a bargain!

I love the French shabby chic look that is very fashionable at the moment. I brought my 'HOME' cushion from Matalan for £12.00 which is quite expensive but I had some birthday money left over so I just had to buy this! I think its really nice to have a few expensive cushions because it makes the front room look more homely. This is one of my favourite cushions! As you can tell, all my bits and bobs are all cream and mushroom brown colours because I think these colours are very in trend at the moment and I love the room being a blank canvas as it allows me to decorate the room however I like.

I think Primark Home is also a really good place to shop. I recently went in and brought a lovely canvas which was £3.00 (I must have a thing for buying things for £3.00 haha!) Its has a lovely message which is why I wanted it in my living room because its really sweet and romantic! The style is also very fitting to my lounge, because it looks very rustic, shabby chic and 'oldie worldie'.

I would love to see your finishing touches to your home, so why not let me know how you decorate your front room?
It's always nice to get feedback on what you guys think of my blog posts, so let me know what you think of my bargains! If you know only shop for a bargain please let me know where you shop too! :)
